According to this Maeil Business report, Daesung Industrial’s plan to sell D-Cube City, a shopping and hotel complex located in Seoul’s Guro district has taken a step forward with Daesung’s selection of KPMG Samjong as adviser for the deal. Daesung has been preparing for the sale since 2011 as a part of its financial restructuring.
The report states that Daesung is currently in discussions with international investors and the sale is expected to net the industrial firm 400 billion won.
